There is no sales tax on tea.
Teapots, cups, brewing equipment and accessories are subject to 6.25%% sales tax in the State of Texas.
Shipping Schedule & Rates:
All orders ship within 24hrs to 48hrs of Working Business Days after we receive them.
If your order is delayed for any reason (an item is temporarily out of stock, we're out of town on a buying trip, etc.), we'll send you an e-mail advising you of the delay and giving an estimated shipping date.
We ship via the USPS Priority (United States Postal Service) and Federal Express Ground (Fed Ex)
We are pleased to offer our customers FREE SHIPPING on orders totaling over $60 that are being sent to single shipping addresses within the 48 contiguous states. Free shipping on orders over $60 does not apply to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii or International destinations.
Your Satisfaction is important to us. We want you to be completely happy with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, please return your purchase waiting 60 days of the purchase, we will refund the original purchase price or send a replacement order.
Please send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) regarding your situation prior to returning the package. This might prevent unnecessary shipping costs for both parties.
- All merchandise must be in its original package and securely wrapped.
- All returns must be shipped prepaid.
- Please include a copy of the invoice with your return to ensure correct credit will be issued.
- Once the returned package arrives at our warehouse, please allow another 1 week for the refund to be processed.

We will normally return your emails within 24hrs. Currently we don't have a phone center to accept your calls. We apologize for this inconvenience.
What information we collect & how we use it.
To complete an order, our customers must provide us their contact information (name, e-mail, Phone number and shipping address) and billing information (credit/debit card number and expiration date and billing address if different from the shipping address). This information is used to process and ship your order.
Our customers will occasionally receive information on products, services or special deals.
On rare occasions it may be necessary to send out a strictly service-related announcement. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email. These are not promotional in nature, and are (we hope!) extremely infrequent.
We respect your privacy and give you an opportunity to opt-out of receiving our periodic Announcements of sales, promotions or future newsletters.

You may NOT opt-out of receiving order-related e-mails (acknowledgements, shipping notices, etc.)

Tea n' Joy Company do not sell or rent this information to any third party, except those within the process of getting the orders to you (our customers). Such as USPS and Fed Ex to ship orders, and the PayPal and Shopify to bill customers for their purchases.
