Culinary Matcha Matcha Organic Matcha Starbucks Iced Green Tea Latte Starbucks Recipe

Matcha powder is a form of green tea and is said to be the purest form of green tea. Matcha generally comes in a powdered form and can be mixed into teas, cakes and even chocolate recipes. Matcha has more antioxidant properties than drinking green tea alone because when you consume Matcha, you are consuming the whole green tea leaf, not just seeping it to make a tea as you would with standard green tea leafs.

Benefits of Matcha Include:

  • Burns Fat by Increasing Metabolism
  • Increased Energy
  • Boosts immune system
  • High in Fiber
  • Can have a Calming effect
  • Detoxifies Cells
  • Contains powerful Antioxidants
  • Can reduce Blood Sugar and Cholesterol
